Step One - Project Start Up

Project start-up marks the beginning of the implementation effort. Step One pours the foundation for the entire deployment - all steps are focused on ensuring a smooth rollout. Step One includes the project plan, data extraction, conversion, and system configuration and installation.

Step Two - Validation and Core Team Training

Where Step One focused on the foundation for the implementation, Step Two concentrates on checking for any areas to improve prior to roll out. Infinite Software has a proven process that tests and validates your implementation against your current system, and trains your core team in conjunction with the validation process.

Step Three - Training

You pick your mode of training that best suits your staff. Train the Trainer, WebEx, On-site or utilize our state-of-the-art training facility, see Training.

Step Four - Hard Testing

In Step Four - Hard Testing, Infinite Software continues to run your implementation through all the testing paces to ensure optimal performance.

Step Five - Cut-over and Transition to Live

Infinite Software will provide support throughout each of the final steps of the implementation. During this Step, your personal Project Manager will coordinate all activities, training specialists are on hand, and technical and conversion specialists are available for remote and on-site support.
